Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Please note:

• Personalized or custom-made soft toys are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Clearance or sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@suicidebunnys.shop  to arrange the exchange process.

How to Return an Item

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship the item to the following address:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide photos of the damage along with your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
